What was the first (horror) film to feature a pig mask?
Was it in Saw? Or was there an earlier incarnation that influenced Saw?

Thanks. Motel Hell may not have been the first film to have pig heads/masks, but it's made before Saw so it works for me.

Motel Hell had the main character wear a decapitated pig’s head while dueling with chainsaws.
yes its in saw!! in most of the movies the jigsaw or amanda would disguise their idenity with a pig mask while taking their victims hostage to play a game
