What movie is this from the early 1980's?
Around the early 80's there was a movie mainly revolving around kids doing pranks. One scene was two boys calling a person telling them not to answer the phone because the phone company was working on the lines, then they called the person back threw an apple in the disposal turned it on and then screamed when the person answered. There was also a scene where the boy was supposed to be dressed as a wolf for halloween but they kept saying he looked like a pig because his mask was big and round. They went to an old lady's house and were sneaking around and she was shooting at them with a shotgun. Despite my description, it was really funny.
It could be this film:
Kenny & Company (1976)
starring Dan McCann (his only film), A. Michael Baldwin (film debut), Reggie Bannister, Terrie Kalbus
IMDb synopsis:
Several days in the life of Kenny, a typical 12-year-old, and his friends. Kenny goes through all the activities that most of us went through as kids as he and his friends prepare for Halloween. Along the way, Kenny deals with such childhood issues as bullies and his first crush on a girl.
TRIVIA:
The film was written and directed by Don Coscarelli, who also did that double duty on the sleeper hit "Phantasm", in which Michael Baldwin aka A. Michael Baldwin, stars. Also in the cast of "Phantasm" are Reggie Bannister and Terrie Kalbus.
