I saw a guy dressed up as Larry Craig , a guy with a kissing booth stand over his face-kissing women, Hillary Clinton and Bill in S&M gear,

I saw a guy dressed as a mattress, a guy dressed as an egg and a guy with the painting of the Mona Lisa on his face except it was his face instead of hers.

Siamese pigs joined at the hip. One side in a formal dress and the other-side in a polyester mens suit. A man in a gunny sack with arm and leg holes cut in it. Along side the hole he had cut for the head, he had several surgical tubes sticking up and thru the leg and arm holes he had larger tubing. I asked him what he was… He said "A HOSE BAG" GOOD ONE!!!

There were two that stood out, and they were more of group efforts.
The first, a group of 200 students used stage makeup to dress up as zombies, then wandered around campus in character freaking passerbys out.
The other, was a group of 5 bicyclists. The first one had a Pac-Man costume on. The last 4 had ghost costumes, and chased the pac-man biker all over on the bike paths and streets.
i would have to say the two varsity football captians wearing our schools wonderful cheerleading outfits- it was great. especially when they started to do the dances…

A guy in a Peter Petrelli Costume beating the crap out of a guy in a Sylar costume, i think that was fake, they were doin’ some stuff to get attention. yay!go Peter!
batman, but no shirt, just the sticker on his chest, and wearing womens tights. men dressed as pregnant women about to birth, and then 6 men dressed as polygamist wives of the Jeff Warren, who was in full orange jumpsuit costume.
EDIT! OH, and two guys dressed like the Blades of Glory, sequins, and tights leotards and everything!
